This page explains how to request that we delete your data, including any data we obtained when you signed in with Facebook or Google. It is a companion to our Privacy Policy, which describes what we collect and why.
The route differs depending on how your data reached us, because it determines who controls it.
| Your situation | Go to |
|---|---|
| You signed up and use the platform to manage creator partnerships | Section 2 |
| You used Continue with Facebook or Continue with Google | Section 3 |
| You are a creator a brand added to their workspace, and you never signed up | Section 4 |
Email us and we will delete your account and the data associated with it.
We will confirm receipt and tell you what will be deleted before we act, so a request made in error can be withdrawn.
When you sign in through a provider, we receive your name, email address and that provider's account identifier. We do not receive or store your password, and we do not post anything on your behalf.
You can disconnect the provider without deleting your TejDux account. For Facebook:
This revokes our access to your Facebook profile and removes the link between your Facebook account and ours. Your TejDux account and its workspace data remain, and you will need another way to sign in — a password, or another connected provider.
We treat it as "stop using Facebook to sign in", not "delete everything", because for a brand owner those are very different intentions and only one of them is reversible. If you want your account deleted as well, follow section 2 — or say so in the same email and we will do both.
To have the profile data we obtained from Facebook or Google erased, email privacy@tejdux.com with the subject Data deletion request and name the provider. We will delete the stored provider identifier, the profile details received from it, and the connection itself.
You may be in our systems without ever having signed up, because a brand added you to their workspace or imported a spreadsheet containing your details.
In that situation the brand — not us — decides what happens to that data; we hold it on their behalf. If you know which brand it is, contact them first. They can delete your record directly and are best placed to explain why they held it.
If you do not know which brand holds your data, or a brand does not respond, email privacy@tejdux.com. We will identify the relevant brand or brands and forward your request, and we will assist them in responding. Where we are legally permitted to act directly, we will.
| Data | On an account deletion request |
|---|---|
| Your user record — name, email, sign-in credentials | Deleted |
| Connected provider identifiers and profile data (Facebook, Google) | Deleted |
| Sessions and access tokens | Revoked immediately, then deleted |
| Workspace content owned by your account — campaigns, creator records, pages | Deleted, unless ownership is transferred first |
| Billing, tax and transaction records | Retained where law requires, typically 6–7 years |
| Security and access logs | Retained for 30 days, then deleted on the normal cycle |
| Backups | Automated backups are overwritten on the backup cycle, within 30 days. Manual disaster-recovery snapshots persist until they are deleted. |
We keep records we are legally required to keep — chiefly financial and tax records for completed transactions. Retaining these is an obligation, not a choice, and they are not used for any other purpose after your account is deleted.
We acknowledge requests within 5 business days and complete them within 30 days, which is the limit set by the GDPR and comparable laws. Complex requests may take longer; if so, we will tell you why and give a date before the 30 days elapse.
Deletion from live systems happens first. Removal from automated backups follows the backup rotation and completes within 30 days. A small number of manual snapshots kept for disaster recovery do not rotate, so data in them persists until the snapshot is deleted. Data awaiting rotation or deletion is not used by the product. The backups and snapshots are encrypted and held in our own AWS account.
